The Economical Insurance Group and Brovada Technologies announce new real-time inquiry
July 14, 2009 (Waterloo, ON) – The Economical Insurance Group® (TEIG®) and Brovada Technologies would like to announce a joint venture offering new real-time transactions aimed at improving broker workflows for both personal and commercial lines of business.
TEIG Rogo™ will deliver real-time inquiry transactions to brokers using Brovada’s Nexisys technology. Both Account and Policy Inquiry will be available over the next few months. Real-time Claims inquiry will be available later in 2009. Rogo now allows brokers to initiate the inquiry and receive the response within their Broker Management System, allowing them to spend more time within the systems they have invested in.

This step forward with Brovada Technologies will continue to streamline our brokers’ processes, improving the customer’s experience.”
Rogo is part of TEIG’s Connex Suite™, a family of technology solutions designed to improve broker workflow. The Connex Suite solutions are focused on integration with Broker Management Systems, ensuring a straightforward approach that enhances broker relationships with their clients.
